House for Sale

Well this is our beautiful home! If you know of anyone that is looking for a new home, tell them to give us a call! 3/2/ 1950 sqft. built 2006 .35 acres

God of Timing!

Isn't He amazing! Our house has been up for sell for a little over 6 months! We have had a couple offers and a lot of lookers! I am so thankful that I do not have to worry about all of these so called "stressful" times. (That doesn't mean that I dont) Zane starts his new job in Longview right after Christmas. We are not sure if he will commute or if he will stay in a hotel during the week! Those of you that are not familiar with the locations...Longview is approx. a 50 minute drive to Mt. Pleasant! Thank the Lord above that gas has gone down! You know...I just throw my hands up and get on my knees and say Lord "It is Your will and I pray that you will reveal your plan to us, I know that you are capable of handling this situation all on your own and I am in complete understanding of your actions. Lord, please give our family the strength that we need to make it through this time of growing. I believe in you Father, and I am asking you to carry my family in the palm of your hands, close to your heart. God, I know that there are so many families out there that are going through much worse situations, and what ever your plan is for them, I ask that you reveal your self to them so that they know you love them with all of your heart! Thanks for all that you do, in your name I pray! Amen

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

WOW~ This book is AWESOME! I wish that I would have read it 10 years ago! The hardest thing that I am going to have to over come is the fear that people are going to judge me by our house and our cars! It doesn't bother me to down size at ALL! It just bothers me that people judge others by their so called "assets". Zane and I are on a mission to retire way before most people our age!
So far there are two statements in this book that just made me realize that I am doing the right thing by starting my own business! 1) The fear of being different prevents most people from seeking new ways to solve their financial problems. 2) A job is only a short-term solution to a long-term problem. When people look at my business and tell me that they are not interested it just blows my mind! To me they are basically saying..."I love my job and I want to work forever" or "I have all the time in the world to worry about retirement" or "I don't have time to work a part time business because I would rather watch TV when I get home from work"
Maybe this is the coach coming out in me....but I just don't get people's way of thinking sometimes! Why are we helping others reach their financial goals? When did we stop dreaming financially? Why do we think that our jobs are always going to be there? Retirement...will there be such a thing 30 years from now! I just want people to look at their next pay check and ask themselves...."Is this all I am worth?"
What a doll!

And of course our little man!

GOD IS AMAZING! WHAT A BLESSING!

Our first Mother and Son beach trip!

Corbin's first time in the ocean! He fell down and got a mouth full of salty water!

He is such a little Man!

This was the view out of our hotel window! Beautiful! This was just a few weekends after hurricane Ike! It missed Corpus, but unfortunately it hit Galveston.

Sitting on the seawall! It was so nice there at night!

He was watching Blue's Clues for 5 minutes and then he was OUT!

Back in early October I had to take a trip to Corpus Christi! Yes...I was in a car for 16 hours with a two year old! We had a blast! I had to go to Corpus on business! When you own your own business, "business trips" aren't really "business trips". Grammy got to go with us to help out!

It's Finally Fall

Needle in a hay stack!

Mama! LOOK PUNKINS!

JUST MY SIZE!

There was a choo choo about 100 yards away that kept making these awful noises! So just was I was about to take a picture he would start screaming!

Trace showing off his muscles! Corbin...well I don't know what he is doing!
Elmo looks like he has had ENOUGH!

Good thing I am not a professional photographer! Hello Shadow!

True Friends

How long has it been since you have laughed until it hurt? When is the last time you called a friend and as soon as you heard their voice you just cried? For me...that has been since high school! And the funny thing is that I can't even get those girls on the phone! I truly miss having a friend like that. I miss laughing until it hurts! How do you get that back with kids, work, and all the OTHER stuff that goes on everyday! When do you get too old to call a girlfriend everyday just to see how their day was? I hope one day I will have that BFF again!

Tay-Tay's Birthday Party

Beattle is 2! Corbin had a blast as always! We just wanted to take Tay-tay's balloons and eat only the sprinkles!

Titus County Fair

This was our first trip to the fair as a family! Parking: $1 Admission: $8 Pony ride that Corbin didn't want to ride: Refunded $5 Food: $15 (yes, that's right! 2 corn dogs and a lemonade) Watching Corbin ride the carnival rides: PRICELESS! LITERALLY! He was 2 inches too short to ride anything! But it was fun! Kinsley just enjoyed the FREE stroller ride!

Brotherly Love

Don't let these pictures fool you! He hates to share his toys! Grandpa is only allowed to push CORBIN in HIS truck! Check out that glare!

To our Mt. Pleasant Family: Thank You!

You guys are truly amazing! This was taken at our house the night we did the scavenger hunt around town! That was soooo much fun! Todd...I haven't posted the picture of you in the dress YET! I thought that I should obtain a written confirmation to release that photo to the public! Each of you bring so much love to our church family. I do not know what Zane and I would do with out you guys! We are going to miss you. You welcomed us as though we had known you our whole lives. We thank you for the love and compassion that you have given us over the last three years. We will never forget you all, and we will be expecting an invitation to the socials each month! And I would love to host one....please! It has been amazing to watch our class grow from "Young married couples" to a group that can share so much wisdom and spiritual growth to others! Trinity "Real Life Matters" will always be our home away from home! (Sorry girls...I had to put the picture of us at the October game night! I know...it should be against the law to look that scary!)

Gun's are UP at the Bradshaw House!!

Go ahead...scroll down and check out the college football polls! HOW ABOUT THOSE RED RAIDERS!

Just a little somthing I put together for Grandpa and Gee

Starting to workout AGAIN!

Well today was the first day I have been in the gym since before I had my first kid! And to put that in perspective, that was 3 years ago! Great day! I was an athlete...why does this have to be so difficult! After having two wonderful kids, I now have 50 lbs to lose! So today was the day! Wish me luck!

Loving those Grandparents!

Zane's parents left earlier today to head back to west Texas. We miss them already! It is amazing how well your children behave when they are with their grandparents. I have to tell everyone how wonderful I think Gee and Grandpa are! They change diapers, give baths, entertain, let Zane and I sleep in, let us take naps, and pretty much just be on a vacation at our own house! Grandpa fixes any thing that needs repairing. He mows, builds fences, puts up pergolas, cleans out the flower beds, and plays with Corbin for hours! Amazing! Gee...well let me tell you! She cooks and leaves me a spotless kitchen every night! She buys the groceries and FORMULA! She loves to take pictures and she just lets Corbin be a kid! She is inspiring to watch when she is interacting with her grandkids! Even though she and I are different in alot of ways, one thing that we have in common is that we love our children so much! What more can I say? Gee and Grandpa are the best grandparents in the world!

A mother bears all things in raising her children. She believes all things and she has many hopes for her children. A mother's love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13: 13

About Our Family

My photo
I am so thankful for the wonderful family that God has allowed me to have! Zane and I met in Lubbock at SAM'S CLUB! We dated for a year and then we were engaged for a year! We married on June 21, 2003. Our oldest son, Corbin, was born on June 27, 2006, and our newest addition to the family was born on June 13, 2008. SERIOUSLY, DO YOU THINK WE CAN ADD SOME MORE EVENTS IN JUNE!
